Viadana Melon Mostarda

The special kind of melon used for this mostarda is grown in the area south of Mantua near the border with Parma.
Thanks to the particular characteristics of the terrain the melon is especially fragrant, tender and sweet. It goes perfectly with the slight saltiness of prosciutto or culatello but also with soft or semi-mature cheeses.

Ingredients: Viadana melons, sugar, mustard flavoring.
